Enrolment and Payment
1.1 By enrolling in our training programs, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2 Payment for courses is due upon enrolment unless otherwise specified in writing by Build Smart Skills Pty Ltd
1.3 Fees are non-refundable except as provided for in our refund policy.
Course Participation
2.1 You are expected to attend all scheduled classes and complete assessments as required for the course.
2.2 Any absences or requests for extensions must be communicated to Build smart skills in advance.
2.3 Plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic misconduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.
Student Conduct
3.1 You must conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner towards trainers, staff, and fellow students.
3.2 Any behavior deemed disruptive or harmful to others' learning experience will not be tolerated.
Intellectual Property
4.1 All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Build smart skills and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
4.2 You may use course materials solely for your personal educational purposes.
Confidentiality
5.1 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the course, including but not limited to personal experiences shared by trainers or fellow students.
Withdrawal and Refunds
6.1 If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must notify Build smart skills in writing.
6.2 Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, which may vary depending on the course and circumstances of withdrawal.
Changes to Courses and Policies
7.1 Build smart skills reserves the right to make changes to course schedules, content, or policies with reasonable notice to students.
7.2 Any changes will be communicated through official channels such as email or the Build Smart Skills website.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Build smart skills is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation in our training programs, except to the extent required by law.
8.2 You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during training sessions and on BUILD SMART SKILLS premises.
Governing Law
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws . Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through negotiation or mediation in accordance with the laws.
